
Job description
Lead a 900m2 store with a team of 15 colleagues, managing overall and daily activity, operating account, and team of sales staff. Develop commercial strategy and ensure compliance with hygiene rules.
Manage store's operating account, pilot economic activity, manage stocks and inventory, and ensure proper follow-up of aisles.
Results-oriented culture, ability to mobilize and federate a team, and adaptability and flexibility.
