Transformation and Strategy Intern

Role Overview

The Transformation and Strategy Intern will work with the Operational Excellence France and Group team to define projects, organize workshops, and conduct data analysis to identify root causes of problems. The role will involve developing new work standards, accompanying operational staff, and tracking progress. The intern will also have the opportunity to discover the world of retail, the company's posture, and teamwork.

What You Will Do

The intern will be tasked with defining projects, organizing workshops, preparing meetings, restoring project advancement status, and conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis. They will also develop new work standards, accompany operational staff, and track progress.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a BAC +4 or BAC +5 degree in Business School or University, with a specialty in Business Administration, Project Management, or Consulting. They will have strong analytical and synthesizing skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
