Cascade Engineering Technologies is a precision aerospace manufacturer seeking a Tool Room Attendant to maintain tooling readiness and tool room organization. The role involves pre-setting CNC cutting tools, inventory control, and quality control on tool deliveries.
Requirements
- Setup cutting tools and check them on a CNC tool presetter
- Inventory control of consumables and tools holders
- Monitors min/max levels for all tools
- Entering data into Excel tool library
- Fills tools and consumable requisitions
- Checking tools in and out to jobs
- Cleans and inspects tools
- Identifies tools that require repair
- Responsible for returning tools to the appropriate location
- Properly labels new tools
- Responsible for quality control on all outgoing tool deliveries
- Participates in the 5S program within the tool room
