Job description
The Leasing Agent assists the Community Manager with coordinating business operations of HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties, providing eligible individuals with unfurnished housing in multi-family dwellings.
Assist with overseeing complex operations, show apartments, accept applications, screen applicants, and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
