Maintenance Technician I/Groundskeeper

Role Overview

The Maintenance Technician I will assist the maintenance team with keeping the buildings and grounds in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. The position will help with verifying that the buildings are in good repair by performing minor plumbing, janitorial, and other related maintenance activities when required.

What You Will Do

Perform minor plumbing, janitorial, and other related maintenance activities, pick up trash on grounds, keep breezeways, sidewalks, and grounds clear of clutter and debris, assist in cleaning and turnover of vacant apartments, and perform other duties as assigned.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of related experience and/or training, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read and interpret documents, draft routine reports, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
