Job Description
Compliance Therapy Specialist job supporting ethical, compliant, and high-quality compliance services across a multi-facility organization, partnering with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to support regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and ethical business practices.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist with active, unrestricted state licensure
- National certifications (e.g., NBCOT, APTA, ASHA) required as applicable
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing or managing therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Experience with Medicare Part A and B and other payors in multi-facility or multi-state environments
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and leadership on complex regulatory issues
- Prior compliance experience preferred
