
Job description
The Association Accountant is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for the Home Owner Association and Condo Association. They will perform tasks such as bank reconciliations, account and variance analysis, and preparing balance sheet supporting schedules.
Reviews invoices, prepares financial statements, performs bank reconciliations, and creates journal entries. Interacts with board members, property managers, and support personnel.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of accounting experience, and strong communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
