Business Development Executive EMEA, Cosmetics

The Business Development Executive EMEA - Beauty will be responsible for developing Catalent’s Beauty business across the EMEA region. The role combines management of an existing portfolio of approximately 40 Beauty customers, daily commercial, operational and coordination execution, and selective opening of new doors with premium global, regional and national Beauty brands.

Requirements

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Beauty customers across EMEA
• Proactively open doors and develop relationships with global and regional premium priority Beauty brands
• Identify and qualify new opportunities with national customers where Catalent is not yet present
• Lead product and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiations
• Coordinate daily operational topics with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality)
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
• Ensure professional, reliable and consistent customer communication
• Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and congresses across EMEA
• Travel within EMEA to support business development activities
