Founding Technical Recruiter for a leading talent agency, responsible for full cycle recruiting, building and refining the recruiting engine, and partnering closely with founders to plan headcount and clarify role scopes.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
- Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Strong system design mindset for recruiting including interview frameworks, process creation, and first principles thinking
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers with clarity and sound judgment
