Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join this Michelin Starred restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and leading a team of food and wine professionals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant
- Ability to run, look after and make decisions in the operation and running of a 5-star luxury Michelin-starred restaurant
- Experience in managing and leading a team of food and wine professionals
