Job Description
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver is seeking a Social Case Worker I to provide professional case management services to program clients. This role involves travel throughout South Weld County to provide in-home case management to aging adults in Fort Lupton and, also in 80621, Ft Lupton, CO. The position requires maintaining accurate case records and collaborating with various organizations to serve the community.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and communication
