The Nutrition Coordinator oversees and coordinates all aspects of nutrition programs and initiatives in the WIC Program. Develops, implements, and evaluates nutrition policies and strategies to promote healthy eating habits and overall wellness.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) or Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Nutrition from an accredited college or university
- Meets WIC Qualified Nutritionist requirements
- Minimum 2 years WIC experience
- Ability to work extended hours as needed (early morning appointments, evenings and Saturdays)
- Ability to travel through the five boroughs as needed
