Personal Care Assistant - St John's Villa New Lambton

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team at St John's Villa in New Lambton, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, including personal care, day-to-day tasks, and working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed.

Requirements

• A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Med comp certificate preferred
• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
• Good communication skills
• A reliable team player
• Understanding of workplace health and safety
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
