Workplace Educator - Fortitude Valley

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a Workplace Educator to support their Residential Aged Care home. The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, be a Registered Nurse, and have experience in education and training. They will facilitate training across all areas of home operations, support compliance, and develop colleagues' knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
• Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration)
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating/delivering education and training programmes
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to support other homes in times of need and obtain a police check
• Drivers Licence and vehicle preferred
