Job Description
CATS Academy Boston is seeking a student-centered and operationally strong Assistant Director of Residential Life and Summer School Center Director. The role involves building and maintaining a safe, healthy, and inclusive residential community while managing the center's operation. This position is both school year-end and summer-related, with a focus on student well-being, program delivery, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Foster a welcoming community and build strong partnerships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor student academic progress and wellness, coordinate with School Counselor and residential team.
- Manage dorm policies, ensure safety and compliance, and update the Residential Student Handbook.
- Supervise and coach residential staff/houseparents, and drive quality control in facilities.
