Job description
The Senior Estimator will provide estimating services to aid and support the Project Development, Operations and Estimating departments. They will work in a wide range of project delivery models and be responsible for soliciting, reviewing and leveling subcontracting and material supply quotes.
The Senior Estimator will prepare accurate and complete estimates, take part in client meetings, confer with engineers and architects, and prepare proposals and estimates for manager approval.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an estimator in the general construction field, ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts, and experience with coaching teams and collaborative planning.
