Job description
Oversees the patient's diagnosis, treatment and prevention of vision problems and eye diseases within the scope of his/her licensure. Partner with CBHA for a rewarding career. Examine eyes, prescribe medications, prescribe, supply, fit and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses and other vision aids, analyze test results and develop treatment plans, educate and counsel patients, remove foreign bodies from the eye, order and interpret special-testing data, observe and train staff, consult with and refer patients, provide pre- and post-operative care, prescribe therapeutic procedures.
