The Team Leader – Operations ensures seamless merchandise flow and store operations. They lead, plan, and supervise merchandising and stock teams, adjusting priorities and schedules to keep the salesfloor customer-ready.
A day in the life as a Team Leader, Operations includes leading designated teams, coaching associates, providing feedback, and fostering collaboration across teams to deliver operational and visual excellence.
We're looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to execute and drive results.
