Team Leader, Visual

Role Overview

As Team Leader, Visual, you will lead and mentor the merchandising team, communicating the design vision, coaching on visual and operational standards, and providing feedback to drive excellence. You will plan, perform, and supervise merchandising work, including floorset execution, ongoing maintenance, signage, and collateral, while managing replenishment routines and back-of-house standards.

What You Will Do

A day in the life as a Team Leader, Visual includes leading designated teams, coaching associates, supporting performance and development, providing feedback, and promoting sales. You will also ensure all customers are provided gracious, quick, and efficient service.

Requirements

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience
