Business Systems Analyst

CBN is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between Business Operations, Cybersecurity, and Information Technology. The position is responsible for eliciting and documenting business needs; translating those needs into clear, actionable functional and nonfunctional requirements; and supporting solution design to ensure alignment with organizational goals, security standards, and compliance obligations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in Information Technology, or equivalent line of business or educational experience
• Experience with project requirements definition and management systems methodologies
• Analytical and product management skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
