Job description
The Building Engineer applies trade skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of building systems for the safe, efficient, and proper operation of the assigned property.
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems. Assist with monitoring contractors, inspecting work, and generating deficiency lists.
The ideal candidate will have a solid ability to safely and properly use tools, knowledge of heavy equipment operation, and effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
