The Office Manager at CCS Facility Services will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office. This role requires a proactive and adaptable professional who can manage various tasks, coordinate office activities, and ensure a smooth workflow.
Supervise administrative staff, implement office policies, act as a liaison between departments, coordinate meetings and events, oversee facility maintenance, and assist with budget preparation and financial record-keeping.
The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail. They will also be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
