Operations Manager/Field Operator

Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Operations Manager / Field Operator to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in both operational strategy and field execution. You will support and oversee accounts across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and consistent service standards.

What You Will Do

Optimize operational systems and processes, maximize efficiency and profitability, and ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct site walkthroughs, complete detailed reports, inspect supply closets, verify proper tools and procedures are being used, and represent the company during new account onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, create budgets, and support financial forecasting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
• Ability to travel as required
• Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
