Case Manager II - Housing Navigation Center

Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada is seeking a Case Manager II to provide ongoing support and expertise to homeless clients and clients on the verge of homelessness. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop individualized service plans, and provide follow-up services to ensure clients transition to an independent life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social service field from an accredited college or university
• Two years of full-time professional level casework experience in a social service agency
• Prior experience with homeless population required
• Flexible schedule to work after hours and weekends
