Job description
We are seeking a highly qualified Program Manager with a transportation/infrastructure background to support our growing Midwestern operations. The ideal candidate would be a Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois with a strong background in civil or structural engineering and an ability to lead complex transportation programs in collaboration with state and local agencies.
Oversee and manage large-scale transportation programs from planning through execution, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful project delivery. Provide technical leadership on rail/transit and bridge projects, support construction management activities while maintaining safety and quality standards, and prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or structural engineering, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to lead complex transportation programs in collaboration with state and local agencies.
