Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media, sales planning, account management, advertising strategy, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing teams while driving performance through measurable goals and feedback
- Strong understanding of digital advertising products, media planning, campaign execution, and client service best practices
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, present ideas clearly, and build trust with clients and internal partners
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across Sales, Marketing, Research, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
- Experience using advertising and business platforms such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, or similar systems
