Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain the enterprise-grade analytics solutions that power our business intelligence.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years in Business Intelligence, with at least 4+ years specifically dedicated to the Power BI ecosystem in an enterprise environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and complex star-schema data modeling.
- Advanced SQL skills with a proven track record of writing and tuning complex queries across relational and large-scale data sources.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (Medallion architecture, Kimball/Inmon) and modern BI best practices.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and hit high-accuracy parity targets (99.8%+).
- Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical architecture and non-technical stakeholders, leading architectural and solution design discussions.
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) is strongly preferred.
