
Job description
Join CDW's NGEN SMIT team as a Field System Administrator - Print, supporting the overall solution regionally to ensure client services are optimized and reliable. Work in a fast-paced environment, providing general support activities for Print devices and Video Teleconferencing equipment.
Provide installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and proactive management of Service Tickets. Lead and implement complex Print and VTC projects, oversee remote implementation and troubleshooting, and serve as a liaison with clients and vendors.
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously. Ideal candidates will have experience working with OEM or Third-Party providers of printer repair services and hold relevant certifications such as Security+ and ITIL.
