Engineering Team Lead Exhaust

Role Overview

You will lead a small, driven team of engineers, combining hands-on engineering with leadership, process improvement, and project coordination. You will ensure that designs for silencers and exhaust systems are technically correct, efficiently produced, and meet international standards.

What You Will Do

Coordinate engineering activities, review and approve mechanical designs, serve as a technical point of contact, lead design reviews, manage and develop engineers, improve processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project coordination
• Minimum 3 years of experience in guiding or leading engineers
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and production processes
• Experience with HVAC, piping, or machinery is a plus
• Experience with CAD and project management tools
