Job description
We are looking for a hands-on Scrum Master who is passionate about enabling high-performing, self-organizing teams to deliver complex software products. You will champion Agile principles while deeply understanding the technical and functional aspects of modern applications built on microservices, React, Node.js, Java, and databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, coach and mentor teams on Agile practices, remove impediments, and promote modern Agile engineering practices.
Ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, demonstrated success enabling self-organizing teams, and a passion for quality software delivery, team empowerment, and continuous learning.
