Senior Lead Engineer, Software

Celestica is a leading company in the design, development, and manufacture of hardware platform solutions in Networking, Storage, and Server solutions. The company is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer, Software to develop, test, and integrate device drivers for various devices on high-performance platforms. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience implementing device drivers and BSP, strong knowledge of real-time operating system concepts, multithreading, SMP, and C, Linux driver programming, and kernel architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience implementing device drivers and BSP
• Experience working with cross functional teams including hardware engineering, manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of real-time operating system concepts, multithreading, SMP
• Strong knowledge of C, Linux driver programming, and kernel architecture
• Knowledge of Python
• Outstanding software debugging skills
• Experience using a full range of hardware test equipment like JTAG debuggers, I2C analyzer etc.
• Solid understanding of Ethernet PHYs, PCIe, USB, SPI, NAND, I2C, and SDRAM
