Job Description
Celestica is seeking a Trade Compliance (Logistics) Manager to develop and implement comprehensive trade compliance programs within global and manufacturing sites. The role involves managing customs, assessing compliance risks, overseeing import/export applications, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing SOPs, evaluating and implementing Customs simplification applications, and providing training to site on trade compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Develop and implement trade compliance programs between Global and manufacturing sites.
- Manage customs and partner government agency authority relationships.
- Assess risk/impact of changes of regulation.
- Oversee import/export applications, registrations, and Customs rulings.
- Provide subject matter expertise in current import and export regulations and requirements.
- Conduct regular internal review and audits.
