Job description
The Batch Person will perform various duties in a concrete mixing plant, including daily plant inspections, maintenance, and operation of the batching process. They will ensure proper documentation of incoming materials and interact with sales and customer service teams.
Operate the concrete batching process, ensure quality and quantity of raw materials meet established standards, follow procedures to correct deficiencies, and interact with sales and customer service teams.
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of OSHA/DOT regulations, and basic concrete knowledge. The ideal candidate will be able to work extended hours, be exposed to extreme temperatures and noise, and wear protective equipment.
