Job Description
Offer personalized service to achieve sales goals, increasing coverage and penetration in customer portfolio and effectiveness in collection of granted credits.
Requirements
- Achieve sales target of products (cement, multiproducts and additive)
- Prospect new customers, increase recurrence and coverage of current customers.
- Maintain a 0 ò expired portfolio with a trend towards it.
- Follow up to ensure good service to the Customer, monitor and report market situations.
- Provide timely delivery of advertising to Customers.
- Provide information regarding the operation of activities and/or functions performed with Customers, when required by the M1000 Auditor
- Provide post –sale service.
- Follow up on collection procedures, in accordance with Policy.
- Avoid reserving cash, depositing it on the same day.
- Schedule and manage daily orders.
- Maintain direct communication with the Customer in an effective manner.
- Deliver folders with corresponding deposit cards at the end of the day and request new folders.
