PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP DEVELOPMENT READY MIX

This 10-week internship program is designed for current college students to gain hands-on experience within the Ready-Mix division of Cemex USA. The program offers training on core operations, project-based engagement, skill development, networking, and innovation. Students will work with experienced professionals to solve real-world problems and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• GPA of 2.5 or higher (or 3.0+)
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in the Ready-Mix industry or relevant internship experience.
