PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP DEVELOPMENT READY MIX

The Ready-Mix Internship Development Program at CEMEX USA offers current college students an immersive 10-week internship experience. Interns will work on projects in various areas like Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality, Equipment Maintenance, and Production, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the Ready-Mix division. It's a program designed to help students build their professional skills and explore career paths in the building materials industry.

Requirements

• Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a related field (CIM, Construction Science Management, Business Admin, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, etc.)
• GPA of 2.5 or higher, preferably 3.0+
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Previous experience from internships, co-ops, or university projects
