Role Overview

Lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of our unified data platform. Own the vision for how we collect, organize, govern, and leverage our data assets.

What You Will Do

Define and execute the company's data platform strategy, architect and oversee the build of a unified data platform, evaluate and implement tools and platforms, and lead a Data team.

10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role, and a proven track record of designing and building unified data platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role
• Proven experience designing and building unified data platforms or data lake/lakehouse solutions
• Deep hands-on expertise with enterprise data platforms
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and large-scale data architecture
• Experience managing and developing engineering teams
• Ability to operate at both the strategic and execution level
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
