Full-Time Front Desk - Duluth

CCHC is seeking a full-time Front Desk/Tenant Assistant to support the operations of a housing program serving formerly homeless single adults. The role involves direct tenant support, scheduling, ensuring safety, assisting with tasks, and providing transportation. This position emphasizes both a 'Housing First' and 'Harm Reduction' approach.

Requirements

• Schedule and maintain front desk staff schedules
• Ensure safe tenant access and monitor activities
• Resolve tenant disputes
• Assist tenants with daily needs
• Record tenant interactions and requirements
• Maintain accurate logs
• Transport tenants using company vehicle
• Respond to building alarms and emergencies
• Manage difficult tenant interactions
