Full-Time Work Crew Supervisor

We're looking for a Site Supervisor to help prepare people with recent criminal convictions for securing employment. This role involves supervising a work crew of 5-10 individuals, creating a positive work environment, and teaching on-the-job skills.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
• Previous safety training (preferable, though training will be provided)
• Ability to work outdoors and walk or stand for long periods of time
