Temporary Retention Specialist

The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is seeking a Temporary Retention Specialist to work with program participants in Oakland, CA, helping them stay engaged in the labor force for at least 12 months after securing full-time employment. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with participants, manage caseloads, and utilize a case management system to track interactions and achievements.
