The Data and Impact Manager is responsible for managing data systems, overseeing data collection and analysis, evaluating program performance, and preparing reports to illustrate impact. The position supervises a team of Data Administrative Assistants and requires a Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Requirements
- Master's degree in data management, public policy, statistics, or a related field required, or a bachelor's degree plus 5 years or more of experience with databases and preparing reports
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to translate data into clear narratives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for social justice
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven settings preferred
