Data and Impact Manager

The Data and Impact Manager is responsible for managing data systems, overseeing data collection and analysis, evaluating program performance, and preparing reports to illustrate impact. The position supervises a team of Data Administrative Assistants and requires a Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Master's degree in data management, public policy, statistics, or a related field required, or a bachelor's degree plus 5 years or more of experience with databases and preparing reports
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to translate data into clear narratives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for social justice
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven settings preferred
