Coordinator, Community Engagement

The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to increase community activation opportunities and create partnerships with key community stakeholders. The Coordinator will work to promote neighborhood safety, create and maintain bonds between residents and third-party organizations, and manage volunteer recruitment and management.

Requirements

• Develop and retain a comprehensive engagement plan
• Capture community and resident insights
• Develop and maintain a Client Relations Management (CRM) database
• Strategize and implement activation programming and community based initiatives
• Represent NIA at community meetings and presentations
