Job Description
We're hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor (PT) to join our team at CLASS (Center for Learning and Autism Support Services, Inc.), where we provide evidence-based care for kids with autism. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will supervise clients and staff, mentor RBTs and Case Managers, and oversee assessments and clinical meetings.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2+ years' experience supervising clinical staff
- Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)
- Reliable car, CA driver's license, and insurance
- CPR cert, immunization records, background check upon hire
