Job Description
The Physical Therapist I (Entry/competent), Outpatient at Southside Medical Center in Farmville, VA, is responsible for assessment and treatment of functional impairments, including orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and women’s/men’s health. The role involves individual patient care, development of care plans, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Differential diagnosis and supervision of patient care.
- Administer evidence-based physical therapy treatments.
- Complete progress notes/recertification for required regulatory compliance.
- Participate in community service.
- Provide in-service to staff.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants/rehab assistants.
