Job Description
Senior Software Engineer position at American Credit Acceptance, with a focus on.NET, RESTful APIs, and cloud native solutions. The role involves delivering impactful business value, designing and implementing secure solutions, and working cross-functionally with other teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- 7-9 years of Software Engineering experience
- Strong written and verbal communications and teamwork skills
- Strong object-oriented skills (preferably in.NET/C#)
- Proficient in API design and development and implementing RESTful APIs
- Strong database modeling and design skills, both SQL and non-SQL databases
- Strong skills in developing for cloud native solutions with AWS experience
- Strong trouble-shooting skills
- Demonstrated understanding of designing and implementing secure solutions
- Demonstrated ability of keeping current with trends in information technology best practices and standards
- Strong focus on quality deliverables and continuous improvement throughout the SDLC
