Job Description
The Kids Pastor will lead kids in their next steps on their journey with Jesus, working to reach and engage families in the community and recruit, develop, and equip volunteer leaders. They will create an exciting and engaging kid ministry environment and support campus-wide efforts. This position also manages the Central Kids Baptism process for all campuses.
Requirements
- Participate as a Kids Team Member
- Develop relationships with families (parents & kids)
- Manage communication between Kids Team and Campus Pastor
- Lead, recruit and develop volunteer leaders, both adults and students
- Support vision and direction of Central Christian Church and Family Ministries
