
Job description
Handle end-to-end product technical support, ensuring technical quality standards are met in bulk production. Collaborate with merchandisers, buyers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Responsible for technical support, including kickoff and line reviews, technical issue resolution, and vendor communication. Conduct sampling approval processes and ensure timely submission.
Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in wear tech, knowledge of garment manufacturing, and excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and PLM systems.
