Role Overview

Serve as the lead administrator and subject matter expert for the entire Atlassian ecosystem, architecting and implementing complex Jira workflows and managing third-party tools.

Administer and optimize critical third-party tools, develop and enforce documentation, standards, and governance policies, and lead major Atlassian upgrades and migrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience as an Atlassian Administrator
• Deep expertise in architecting and maintaining highly complex Jira workflows
• Expert-level understanding of Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence
• Mastery of Atlassian user management, permissions, and security in large-scale environments
• Extensive hands-on experience with third-party Atlassian Marketplace apps
• Strong experience with database administration and advanced SQL
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
