
Job description
Cenveo is seeking an experienced Customer Service Account Representative with print knowledge to act as a liaison between customer, sales, and manufacturing departments.
Provide timely and courteous responses to internal and external customer questions, communicate with clients and production, and resolve client concerns and complaints.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience, strong computer skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
