Disability Support Practitioner

The Disability Support Practitioner role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities. You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.

Requirements

• Commitment to person-centred care
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (minimum P2)
• Ability to meet the inherent physical requirements of the role
• Willingness to work a rotating roster
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid & CPR
